New training course: from outputs to outcomes

Last month, I co-delivered, with Sheila Cahill, a course for Public Affairs Ireland on the topic of assessing outcomes and impacts for NGOs. The response was great, with 100% of respondents stating that their expectations for the day had been met!
The course was full booked and even generated a waiting list, so we have decided to re-run the course on 10 January 2012, tweaking it slightly. The full day course is open to any community group, voluntary organisation or social enterprise. It is designed for those who have direct responsibility for assessing the outcomes of their organisation's work, usually senior staff and/or members of the governing body.
