Excellent free book on social media

Resources on social media abound, but I particularly like this one produced by Ventureneer, suitable both for voluntary organisations and small business owners like myself.  It is clear, to the point and jam-packed with useful information. I was especially tickled by the concept of "lurking" and the quote "Don't dismiss social media just because your donors wear bifocals"!  The point that "it ain't optional" is stressed throughout, but it also prevents being overwhelmed by encouraging people to take one step at the time.  So, what's next for Whitebarn Consulting?  Facebook?  Twitter? ...
