Evaluation article published

The Wheel has just published an article I wrote entitled Is it time to evaluate evaluations? It can be found on pages 14 and 15 of the Spring 2011 issue of Le Cheile magazine.  It is based primarily on research I undertook in the USA last year, although I found that challenges around evaluation were similar in both countries.  I would be interested in your feedback.
